Most popular knife

Maybe, but I'm going to say that compared to the Case Knife, the Case may be first. OH

I’d say most people havet at least one SAK.
Fixed it for you. 😇

I believe Victorinox/SAK is the number one selling knives in the known galaxy and universe.
There might be a more popular and better selling knife type on one or more of the trillion billion quintrillion plus planets in the universe, that we will never know about. 🤔 😇👍

(planets probably out number both galaxies and stars.)

For the US members, maybe a Case or Buck (110?) will be quite popular, but internationally, the Victorinox/Wenger models should be way more popular.

Something like a Classic will be the most popular I think

I would agree that among BF members, Victorinox would be the most popular. Among the general public I’m not sure. According to Wikipedia, Opinel sells about 15 million knives annually. A Business Insider article I found claims 10 million knives sold annually for Victorinox. I have no idea if either of those figures are accurate. Wikipedia also claims Buck has sold 15 million 110’s since its introduction in 1964.

If you restrict it to frequent Porch contributors, maybe Case would be head-to-head with Victorinox.

All of the above is just conjecture, I really have no idea…

I was thinking Opinel. That's the most affordable original classic nowadays, and very useful for vast types of cutting tasks. It is very popular here, across the ocean, and not only in Europe and in the East, but in Africa too, as long as I know.

I think we should specify if we are looking for a most popular knife among us, the knife people, or we are talking about all people, including those (the majority in a planetary scale, I believe) who just buy a knife because the need a knife. You know, to cut with. :) My previous reply was made based on the latter variant.
