could you post the pics, and not a link to a site I would have to register at to view them? ;)

heh sorry about that... i didn't know you had to register to look at the content... but i can't post pics because i haven't bought a gold membership yet... im always spending my dough on knives :o ... ill try to link them, but if i don't succeed then trust me when i say that its a sweet knife

Here's what I've picked up in the last 30 days:

Busse Badger - Not sure if it's a varient, I'm not up on my fixed blades. If anyone knows please shoot me a pm or email.

Entrek Javilina - Nice knife but it has some hotspots on the rear of the handle and a super thin (seems cheap) kydex sheath. I really like the knife and am thinking of getting a different sheath made for it and sanding the sharp corners off of the handle.

Allen Elishewitz Recurve Ti Framelock - Not sure on the exact model name on this one either, picked it up in a trade.

I think in the last month I got a Hideaway knife, a Granfors Bruks Small Forest Ax and the BM 210GG might be in there too.

Those are so excellent knives you purchased!! Thanks for sharing pix too!!

Got an old,but real nice slip joint....anybody ever hear of a Douk-Douk? :D (these really are nice knives!)

Kabar 1217 (USMC Plain with leather stacked handle and leather sheath)
=)

I was cutting a piece of paper in it. Melted right through and went into my leg. It hurt. Now I know to treat this thing with care :/

You dont need a Membership to post pics, just upload to a free web hosting site like photobucket, and paste the url with tags into a post.

Example:

With [IMG] tags:

easier than uploading the pics, and more versatile so this is how I do it.

I just ordered an Oberland 01 from Trident Knives and I sure am anxious to receive it. I have been reading a lot of good things about this new company and their products.

Ciao

In the last month I got a little carried away

BM 940 twice (sent one to my son who is a Security Policeman in the USAF)
BM 710
BM 707

I've already shared my most recent purchase on other threads. It's this Bear MGC stailless Bowie.

There will be other Bowie knife purchases in the next year. I plan to buy about half a dozen of the replica Bowies offered by Atlanta Cutlery.

As for posting photos, I use photobucket www.photobucket.com

It's easy and it's free. Just be sure and reduce the images when you need to, or you'll wind up posting something that takes up the whole screen.

It's the new Strider RC. This particular one is a sterile bladed version with a Night Mare grind.

The Zebra just died of fright

Just arrived yesterday:

Swamp Rat Paul's Ratchet A2T
Swamp Rat Desert Safari Skinner

I'm in the process of buying a house, and unfortunately Uncle Sam is taking a cut from me this year. It's likely going to be a few months before I get anything new. That's ok though, I'm plenty happy with these 2 buys!

I'm waiting on a sheath for the Ratchet from Buy Brown, I'm thinking I'll go with a nice leather sheath w/inlays for the Skinner. Just finished making the lanyard for the Skinner before taking these pics! :D
