Most reliable locking folder?

I have complete confidence in the Sebenza's integral lock, but the most reliable lock is the Opinel twist lock.

I don't do a lot of pounding or chopping with my folder (some but not a lot), but my liner lock has never failed and I use it daily. 2 years of use and abuse, and still no play in the blade. I'm not saying that a liner lock is the best ever, but it works good enough for me.

axis lock #1??
Yeah, why not :) Based on performance definitely #1.

CJ himself said the AL was not in his opinion suitable for CQB - what can i say to add to that
Obviously nothing, as I've asked in that same thread how would one pull the axis release button BACKWARDS in order to release the lock, unless the blade was stuck in some medium, and in that case less likely it's gonna fold on you.

(and YES i understand what he's talking about, WHY dont YOU)??

It's ok :) Can you explain in simple words? There's no explanation in that thread, except "since there's a button it'll fail"... If you don't mind tell us?

nothing wrong w/a well designed/executed liner lock,
Once again, nothing wrong with that, however obviously chances of getting not well executed liner lock are much greater than axis failure, at least so far that's the fact. Any idea why should we disregard facts?

If so, why is emerson so popular w/the spec ops community??
Can't comment on that, I mean donno how popular they are, especially in spec ops, but I really doubt that's because of the liner lock :)
