What knifendo you own that just puts a smile on your face to open. For me its the Shaman. Starting with the female-esque curves of the handle to that satisfying thud of the blade opening and the weight of the blade trys to pull the knife out of your hand. I love it. I will go out of my way at times to just open it a couple of times while sitting around the house.

Off the subject, but i wonder why Spyderco never tried using decorative screws in their knives. The spyopera has some but its a collab.

The detent on my Inkosi is still a bit strong, but the small and Large 21 are perfect. The fluted Ti Native 5 and Military are up there also. It's hard to beat an opening hole. Not mine, but this could be the best of both worlds:

The Manix 2 and my Lionsteel Roundhead both make very satisfying sounds and tactile feedback when opening. Surprisingly though neither are carried as often as my Native and Endura.

I own a Shaman and know exactly what you're talking about, but my ZT 0357 takes it just a step further..!!!

Finally learning the spydie flick on a Manix 2. Previously I had lockbacks and they aren't terribly suitable for it.

Overall, I just love the feel of opening my Small Sebenza 31. Smooth, consistent, and oh so nice. Nearly the same hydraulic feel as my 21, but without that little double-hitch at the very end.
A very close second is my Chaparral lightweight. Not quite as smooth feeling, but the way my thumb glides around the edge of the cutout while opening feels more natural than a thumbstud.
