Benchmade Bugout is only 0.09 (2.29mm) and mine cuts very well.

Currently the thinnest thing behind the edge that I've ever seen has been my Manly Wasp in S90V. It seems to be .010" or less behind the edge, comparable to two pieces of printer paper stacked together.
Not sure if that fits your criteria though.

The tanto version cuts like your spydercos.Benchmade Bugout and Cold Steel Code 4. And at higher end, regular Zaan.
But the clip point variants are thick behind the edge like zero tolerance. Or they jump all over the place. My tanto code 4 is a good one.

Chaparral in pocket clipped. It rides great.
Peak in jacket pocket without clip in case i need longer blade. Don't have to worry about it opening. It's backlock. One hand open so modern? It carries well in pocket too with it's deep carry clip.
