Most undervalued knives

Pretty much all of my knives fall into the cheaply priced but hard working catagory. Here's what I have (from top): Byrd Raven, Kershaw Storm, Gerber Air Ranger (grey - one of two), Vic Cadet (copper colored alox - $5 mail-in deal from Marlboro - one of two - part of my EDC), Byrd Meadowlark FRN (my fav EDC right now - on left), Byrd Crow (on right), Byrd Meadowlark G10 (bottom - my second fav EDC), CRKT Ryan PlanB. All knives purchased for under $30 ea - some even cheaper:D

Wenger SAKs. They're not anybody's first pic but they had the combo of tools I was looking for so that's what's in my bag. Got it for $10.

Tramontina. The bolo machete was $6 well spent. Is it equal to a Martindale? No. Is it way tougher than any $6 blade has a right to be? Yes.

Cold Steel Voyager. Lynn Thompson's BS turns a lot of people off and AUS8 isn't high end but they're solid knives.

The bolos from Reflections of Asia. Hand forged, zone hardened, $20. Quite possibly the best deal going in all of knifedom.

spyderco merlin, kinda rare with the ATS-55 steel, but i got my roommate one for 25$ and he uses it regularly working in a shop (like wood and steel shop) and is still razor sharp (not kidding, it really is as sharp as new Irwin dual steel razors)

I gotta go with either the Spyderco Endura, or Camillus Heat. Both great knives that work hard and hold up well.

Ka-Bar Dozier in AUS-8 at $ 19.99 is hard to beat.

Considering it used to cost hundreds of dollars to get ZDP-189, I’d say all the Spyderco and Kershaw knives with that steel are great value for money.

EKA Swede 88 from Ragweed Forge. Sandvik 12C27, about $30, beautiful bubinga wood scales, and about as close to a pukko as a folder can get.

The Ka-Bar Dozier series of folders are a real deal.
Available in several different blade types, some with thum studs, some with thum holes.
Solid performers.

Not as nice as Bob Dozier's handmade folders in D2,
but at 1/20 the price....

I've got one of those little guys. It's a razor.
