I'll have to give this a bit more thought.

I forgot about my back. There certainly are a few parts missing. I'm still reasonably strong but I am not flexible at all. I just started lifting weights a couple weeks ago and have been okay so far, though perhaps pumping iron for an hour every other day is a bit easier than pounding steel for a living six or seven days a week.

Perhaps I will try and save up a few bucks and see what I can do.

That would be great.Do it before you get to old and while you are still healthy enough to enjoy it.

I have had the complications of the adult onset of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis along with my back problems. The good part of that is I am finally off one of the bad medications.Since I got down to just a bit of it I have been noticeing a increase in energy.
It has been a year now and I am rally glad to be on the upswing at last.

Hopefully before long I can get to the woods with some Khukuris and a 'hawk and some other items.

Like everywhere, we have our share of bad backs in this forum. Those afflicted and Chiro will know what I mean when I say I have spondylolisthesis grade 2. No fun!

Chiro you have enough customers right here if you could only adjust via email.

My Doctor and Chiropractor say what I have is NOT ankylosing spondylitis. I ask them what I do have, and they say, for practical purposes, ankylosing spondylitis is as close as anything to what I got.
