Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 21 - $414.95+ Tax. Of course I could have got it cheaper, but since I do not have paypal or credit card, I just don't trust to send that much money through USPS, so I got it at the local shop.
Custom 4 inch bladed DDR Gunhammer with some of my own design features that I requested. That's prob why it's taken so long. I placed the order about 1.5 years ago. Actually over that. Bead blasted titanium handles. Stone washed m390 blade. Bearing pivot.
Most I spent is $425.00 for a small Sebenza with micarta inlay. Although, I staring at another Sebenza that going to cost me $810.00 if I pull the trigger.
$30 for an Ontario Rat 1. Right now I view folders as knives for use and abuse and don't want a pricey one that I won't use for the tough tasks for fear of breaking it, though I have found myself eyeing some benchmades recently!
Currently the most I have ever spent was $525 on a Brian Fellhoelter custom fixed blade. Whats on order... $800+ once we work out the extras... and about 1600 when that order is up because I have 2 different knives on order.
Rick Hinderer Fire Tac Extreme, It was the first batch of extreme's that Rick had made. I bought it after I finished working at Ground Zero as sort of a remembrance. Oddly enough I never realized it at the time but mine was number 11. That knife will be with me forever. Thanks Rick.
500 several times over on a couple butterflies and a strider smf. And there's probably about 4000$ worth of knives that are no longer in my collection in the 100-200$ range. I keep coming back to the BM 950 rift. I have 2 and I'm sending off my service rift from the ARNG to be refitted with a plain edge satin blade, which I will stonewash upon its return. I find I just get a lot more joy "customizing" my production folders, rather then buying straight out expensive knives. Although some may consider the rift fairly expensive to start with . Oh also have some g 10 cuscadi scales for my full sized grip on the way, and plans to restore my cpm m4 bm gaucho ( either 113 or 114 out of 300) that I beat the hell out of .
