This is a Knife for my Mother-In-Law.
Steel Is ATS-34
Handle is Red G-10
Brass Pins
Black Spacers
Red Kydex Kitchen Sleeve With Black Eyelets
(protect edge while in Knife Drawer)

4 1/2" cutting Edge OAL is 8.5"

Nice ! good steel choice ,a practical and attractive knife. Looks like your color balance is off if that's supposed to be red. So the question is does red go well with the kitchen colors ? My kitchen has red as the accent color.
 
They havent built their new house yet so she can design around the Knife LOL. Red was what my wife wanted for hers so I ordered enough for both.

the color is a bit off in the pic but the handle is red and looks good. I will try to get a better pic of the color later.
 
i consider you a very brave sole:D putting a knife in a mother-in-laws hands could be potentially life changing for ya:D. just kidding very nice job i am sure she will treasure it,,
 
Looks good Larry. You didnt bring this one over. Are you getting any free meals out of the deal?
 
I got a Great Wife out of em already I think a meal might be pushing it LOL.
the blade started out as a 3/32" thick piece of steel tried not to take too much off the width after that.
