you may want to give info on the damascus steel. What kind of steel, and made by whoom, hardening etc

It made by stainless steel.
Damascus steel
1.quench:1050 centigrade quenching 7-8 minutes, stay cooling by natural air.
2.anneal:180-200 centigrade annealing, keep this temperature for 30 minutes.
3.coarse grinding:take the oxide coating off after quench.(120# grinding 0.05-0.1mm )
4.cutting : wire cutting use 600 centigrade normalizing 30 minutes.
5. fine grinding:120# ,180 # then 240#
6.mirror polish : normal treat.
7. surface clean: pure water washing.
8. a cid leaching: 36% muriatic or vitriol or oxalate (muriatic or vitriol leaching will make steel more white, oxalate will make steel color more dark)
10-30second every time till the pattern show up.
9.after cid leaching use limewater leaching for one minutes, use pure water washing
10:antirust : 1:5milliliter (NaNo2 : water ) , 90-100 centigrade ,keep 2 minutes.

The size we have
We have 260*30*4mm $39.00 each
260*30*4.8mm $45.00 each
215*70*3mm $55.00 each

What are the dimensions of the damascus. What is it made of. How thick is it? Who made it?

You have spent years building a good reputation among knife makers for selling accurate products. I would strongly suggest you not destroy that reputation by selling junk steel.

thanks Steve
I will test the steel again.and get more details and feedback
