Howdy Guys

For sale one of our custom Chap Leg Crossbody Purses. Completely handcrafted and handmade by Mrs Horsewright, here in our shop. Using several design elements from a pair of chaps, this purse is very practical while having a Western flavor and style.

Constructed from brown water buffalo chap leather, it is lined with a light canvas, material and has two interior pockets. The canvas is printed in a western theme. The exterior has boarhide accents and an exterior patch pocket. The boarhide has a unique pebbly texture and is extremely durable. Boarhide fringe adorns one side and there is a tie rope ring attached. The carry strap is a heavier veg tanned water buffalo that has a boarhide lace and is lined with the chap leather water buffalo. The purse secures with a water buffalo strap and brass stud.

Every made some bike chaps ? Should ride a bit higher, with a stronger, self-sustaining belt, I guess.
 
Yes sir I have but they were just my regular shotgun style chaps. Royal blue to match his bike. He wanted a matching bikini top for his girlfriend but that was out of my wheelhouse.

Thread 'Climbed the Summit!'

Years ago there use to be this little restaurant here in town called The Summit. They were very close to where Hwy 58 crossed the summit of Tehachapi Pass and thus the name. Could easily see it from the ranch. Their claim to fame was they had 58 different beers from around the world. They'd give you a little card and every time you tried a different beer they'd punch the number out on your card for that beer. After you had tried all 58 you had achieved "the summit". They put your name on a plaque on the wall, gave ya a t shirt and a coffee mug proclaiming the same.
