Motor toggle switch advice

I have a 1.5 hp motor I purchased from Wayne Coe. Here is the same motor and its specs http://tinyurl.com/8owrv87

I have it wired with the on/off toggle switch I got from Wayne.

What I would like to do is install a on/off fwd/reverse type toggle. I know very little about motors and the like some suggestions as to what switch would be appropriate for the motor.

Above 1HP a motor starter switch ( contactor) is preferred. They handle the surge load better than a toggle switch. If reversing is desired, either use a reversible starter switch/contactor or a drum switch rated for the current the motor draws. They come in single and three phase.
