Here is my newest knife, and it is a big one.
Steel 5160 differently heat treated.
Length 15" overall , The Blade is 9" and about 1.5" wide.
The handle is genuine White tail deer, and stabalized maple burl.
The guard is a combination of Nickle silver and mild steel (blued).
The blade is hollow ground and hot blued.
The sheath is 8-9oz and hand tooled with a tri-weave pattern. dyed dark brown. It is filworked down the spine.
Even though it is a big knife it feels really good in your hand, and if you can see the small antler nub sticking off the handle it also helps the grib and is really unique. You can see it really good in the third picture.
I'm asking Sold Shipping and insurance to Conus included. If you have any questions feel free to email me wil (at) hurleyknives.com

That`s a mighty fine knife, Wil!

I very much like that blade shape! Unfortunately (?) I don`t need another big knife at the moment otherwise I`d be tempted getting me this one.

Just to mention, I`m the very proud owner of Wil`s camp knife (shown on his website) and I`m more than pleased with it.
Did a cutting contest with cutting rope and chopping wood and it did VERY well, thanks again for such a great knife, Wil!!! Highly recommended  :D

Elegant but tough at the same time--always a tall order but this one most certainly delivers! Superb job

Thanks for the great comments! Wolfgang I'm really glad you like your knife. That was the first camp knife that I ever made. I'm gonna be working on knives full time for the next two months (While I finish school). I've got several different designs in the works right now from skinning knives, to chute, EDCs, and some bowies, Should have them finished in the next couple weeks. Thanks again.

Nice snag there Peppe! That's one traditionally styled knife that I reall like the look of. Great Work!

Happy to see that it's sold and finds a happy home. I was seriously consider buying it myself.

Good stuff
