I made and extra set when filling Christmas orders.

I have been studying the knives used in the old west (non bowies) and this is the result. Large skinner and small utility knife. These are great for hunting, camping and show. The handle of the large knife is exposed so you can reach and pull out, a leather tong is attached to the smaller knife so it is secure in the sheath but can be accessed easily.

The full sheath is very comfortable to carry and wraps around hip. The back is a single piece folded over with a hand stitched molded front. The back allows sheath to move comfortable with you when walking. The leather already looks like a nice patena. Sheath is 9 1/2" x 6".

Large knife blade 6", 101/2" Overall about 1 1/2" at widest point
Small knife 3" blade 7 1/4 overall.

Blades 1095 1/8" thick, both blades selective heat treat to show Hamon (pic 3)
Both about 59rc
Handles Valley Oak
Brass Pins

Price $135.00 Sold, includes sheath and shipping in US
