I found one at a local store with the Carbon Fiber handle scales, what kind of price range is reasonable?

And also...these use to be made by Spyderco? Can anyone give a little history on these. Thanks

I can't tell you what price range is reasonable, but Spyderco had a "mouse" on the market a few years back. It was smaller than all get out and a heavy little bugger, designed, I believe, by D'Alton Holder. You'd find out a lot more on the Spyderco forum. Run a search there.

It was designed by Tim Wegner wasn't it?? Holder did the "toad" I think. The carbon fiber variant mouse should be about $90. I would love to have one myself since they have been discontinued. I've been trying to find one!! The new mouse lite is all that is in current production and has just arrived in three new handle colors-- orange, green, and purple. All using AUS-8 steel.

Bimmer, right you are. D did the Toad, Wegner the Mouse. CF's of the Mouse 2 were selling for about $80 at New Graham, but they're out of stock.

Okay i'll search up in the spyderco forum, thanks for the help guys.

Its selling here for $130 CAD.

Do you think New Graham will ever get more in?

The G-10 and carbon fiber Mouse are no longer in production so it is very doubtful that anyone will have any in stock again.

Interestingly the plastic handle scales on the current Mouse-lite feel and look very much like G-10. I ordered one after this exchange and like it...a bit stiff, but that'll work itself out. Blade-Tech has them for a good price and they also come in Green and Orange (I got the black), but I got mine from New Graham...consistently good service, so I seldom order elsewhere, even though the Blade-Tech had a bit better price.
