Nope. This one was just released on DVD, and it's a remake of an older movie with the same title.
 
Thanks. Havnt seen the new one yet. I loved the first one though. Your hint helped me out, I remember from the trailer them jumping onto a different building so I took a shot :). Here's mine:

Quick hint. The speaker is making fun of the song "Rock and roll all night (and party everyday)".

Yah, that girl in that scene that Rooney mistakes for Ferris I always thought she was kinda hot ;)

Pointing the guards gun at him and says “What kind a car you have?”
