Ok RF, you owe me a new keyboard...

This is the best thread, ever.

I heartily concur. I"ve been busy as hell and haven't been around for a little while, this thread just reminded my why I love BF so much- the Busse forum in particular.

You guys rock!

Though, friends don't let friends watch Zardoz. I love bad movies more than just about anything else, but Zardoz is almost too much for even me to handle.

Since this thread has already been fairly well hijacked, I humbly submit a couple schlock/ cheese films for y'all's consideration:

Cherry 2000!
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092746/

Megaforce!
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084316/

Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086346/

Any of the above films will satisfy your thirst for heavy-duty schlock, without the unpleasant aftertaste of Zardoz. For those with a high threshold for suffering, I also highly recommend David Carradine's 1980's filmography:
(lifted & selected from IMDB- consider yourselves warned!)

Midnight Fear (1990) .... Hanley

And the highlight of Carradine's career (and American filmaking IMO):

Death Race 2000
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072856/

If you haven't see Death Race 2000, you owe yourself a screening.

OK, I gotta watch this flick - I just put it at the top of my Netflix queue.

Netflix queue says--
At Home:

Man oh man! I'm out of the "Busse Loop" for a while, and I poke my head into the forum, and what do I see?!?!?!

That guy in the red suit! I thought he was dead! Now I wont be back until my next round of therapy is over.

Hey Moonwilson,

Thanks for the memories. I loved Cherry 2000 as a man can only loveacheesey movies he found on cable at 2:00 a.m.

Wasn't that the one filmed at Hoover dam??

When we went there on tour, I brought it up.

He said only about 8 people in the world saw that movie and would recognize the overflow port.

Schweet.....:cool::thumbup:
