My man card is well up to date and no beer-gut either
Swilling is ok, as long as you use the back of your hand to wipe your mouth with when you are done.
Zen, wine drinking is OK... "sipping" is not. It even implies that you are sticking out your pinky finger as you are consuming. Maybe even wearing a paisly ascot.
