Dude I love tv and movies and FYI next week starts all new tv Big Bang,modern family Ect....but you should see brotherhood of the wolf! Great movie!

Is brotherhood of the wolf a french movie? If it is used to own it and agree great film. Especially visually but has a storyline that keeps your attention through out movie also. Horror, sex, and cool special effects. Off to ebay to get another copy.
 
Best movie of 2014 for me was "Guardians of the Galaxy".

Enjoyed "Edge of Tomorrow" but it didn't hold a candle to Guardians.
 
Yep! Your right I got to put it on English when I watch it....I love it it 1 of the fee DVDs I own ! Just a damn good movie !

Yep! Your right I for it on DVD and got to put it on English to watch it but it's just a damn good movie that few have seen! Great movie!

Only one said Full Metal Jacket! Oh my god!!

For me it's very difficult to enjoy recent movies and especially I hate remakes of old cult movies.

Some of "recent" movies I really enjoyed are:

Tropa d'elite (1 and 2)
District 9
Le dernier trappeur and Loup of the French director Nicolas Vanier
Into the wild
Touching the void
Crank 2 High voltage (very funny)

Not many other to add...

Full metal jacket was good but, for the time, Platoon was better ... MHO.
 
I don't think anyone mentioned Snatch, Wyatt Earp,good fellas, a Bronx tale, training day..INGLORIOUS BAStARDS, catch me if you can . Wolf of Wall Street , gangs of New York, the quick and the dead, the sixth sense, payback, sin city

Guardians of the Galaxy was spectacular, I love the Marvel series. I'm definitely hooked these moves.

I'm also excited to see Annabelle, Fury, Dracula Untold and a few others. October looks like a great month to go to the theater!

I hear ya!
I've seen several fall previews. It hasn't looked this good in many years!

Going to see Galaxy this upcoming week. Been told it's a riot.
