Total chick flic but I don't know about G-- D---, "50 First Dates" w/ Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. LMAO!!!

This one hasn't come up, but I would imagine it would be the same deal as GD. "Oh God" or "Jesus" etc. are ok (well not really ok, but won't result in turning the movie off immediately), I believe it's the combination of the Lord's name and a profanity that puts her off.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far guys, I'm going to look up as many as I can with "screen it" and script-o-rama! I've previously been using pluggedinonline and dailyscript, but these two seem better! I really appreciate all the help and suggestions thus far, but that doesn't mean I'm not still open to more!

This site has been far more helpful than others I've posed this question on, I think "something" about knive & gun forums attracts a more conservative userbase :D

Plus, if you read through some of the older topics, you'll find there are a large number of BF members who are very knowledgeable about films. :thumbup:

Even though it's a bit of a chick flick, it's real funny and adventurous. Kind of along the lines of a Princess Bride but to be honest, I think it's a better story. Great cast (cross dressing De Niro!) good acting, it's a blast.

Edit: oh and as much as I hate the movie, lots of people (guys and girls) seem to like Benny and June...I duno why really, it's not really very good - probably something to do with Depp :rolleyes:. It might have some G-D's, probably not though.
 
"Drop Dead Gorgeous", although, one lady says " Jesus Christ on a Cross!" once or twice as an exclamation. Hilarious murder mystery based around a beauty queen pagent.

Also, check with "Imdb.com", to double check some of the titles we are suggesting.
 
Google "Clear Play" and "TV Guardian" - systems that let you play any DVD without the sex or profanity. Takes the worry and uncertainty away.

that is exactly what i came in here to recommend as well. Funny romanticish adventure, and he has an opinel! She'll love it.

So yeah, not many chick flix in there. Just movies I really liked that some girls may like. Not really sure about "God damn it" In all of those. It's not something I dont give a gods damn about myself so i may have skipped over it. off the top of my head they're pretty clean.

She doesn't like that phrase? Is she some kind of religious nut or something? If so, I'd ensure there was compatibility in the horizontal department before considering anything serious. Some of those bible-thumpers can be real cold fish.

They're either cold fish, or full on porn stars. But we'll stay out of that.
