Good morning everyone!
Today I have another one of my hunter/utility/edc knives for sale. (I really need to come up with a name for this model)
I finished this one up a couple of weeks ago, with a batch of 4 and I wanted to keep it, but we are moving and I would rather sell it. (moving boxes and gas are expensive!)
Anyway, here are the specs:
OAL is about 8 3/4" with the handle being slightly more than 4 1/2" and the blade just about 4 1/4"
The steel is Aldo's 1095, 3/16" full flat ground thin for a super cutting edge! (this is the thinnest I have ground one of these so far!)
The blade was heat treated with clay and quenched in parks 50, then tempered to a target rockwell of 60, all in my digitally controlled oven.
The handle on this one is black paper micarta, white spacer material and black canvas micarta in a tuxedo configuration with black carbon fiber pins that almost dissappear.
The hamon on this one is more subtle and the blade is more of a satin finish. That coupled with the tuxedo handle makes this thing look "elegantly tactical"
There is no sheath with this one, mainly because I think this knife would look best in kydex, and I can't do kydex. There are however many great sheath makers on this site that can probably hook you up.
The price on this one is $175 shipped to your door! (That is anywhere in the U.S. Other places just contact me and I'll get you a shipping quote)
My paypal address is: adam.reese9(at)gmail.com Just replace (at) with @
Warranty
As always, I offer a lifetime warranty against any defects caused by normal use (not abuse). Also, if you recieve the knife and decide you don't like it for whatever reason, you have 3 days to send it back to me unused for a full refund.
