Hello BF,

KNIFE IS SOLD...Thanks everyone for looking!

I posted this on BF yesterday as my first series of knives, I am truly excited about it, Hope you like it!

More info can be found here:

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=551035

The MPX:

Steel: 1095 - Professionally hardened to Rc 58-59, triple tempered, and Cryogenically treated to Negative 300 Celsius.
Handles - black canvas Micarta, attached with McMasters black oxide coated screws and stand offs.
Sheath - Spec Ops Survival Sheath
Grind: Full Flat from Spine to edge
OAL at 11 1/4, cutting edge at 5 1/4, 6 inches from scales to tip. Cut out of 3/16 stock

I used 3/16 micarta, so this knife has a slim(er) profile them most of my other knives. However, I left it thick and only contoured the edges, they are comfortable to handle.

Let me know if anyone has any questions!

I got one. Are you feeling alright? $130?!?

You're never going to retire if you keep giving stuff away.

This one won't last long.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm pretty new around here so figured I was off a little.

Nevertheless, those are great! Great balance of drop-point/skinner with a straight enough spine for batoning. WITH a finger choil ( A huge plus to on anything bigger than and EDC pocketknife or kitchen knife!!)

I am not purposefully bumping this up, this knife is still available.

I you would like to purchase please post I'll take it. Otherwise please don't.

John,

I'll take it. Looks like a nice knife. PM me with confirmation. Are those other knives available? What do you call them?

Jim

These are schweet!
I've been wanting a new camp knife for the summer!
As soon as I have the cash(hopefully soon) I'm sending you an email!
I was admiring these over at the green place as well...just beautiful!
Is there any jimping on the spine for grip?
Are there more of these?...if not available, whats your current wait time on an order?

Thanks
