I just received my Busse Badger Attack yesterday ... a week EARLIER than my originally quoted ETA!
Moreover, Andy's been great about keeping me and others up to date on the status of the orders, via the Busse forum and by private e-mail. He responded promptly to all of my inquiries, and has been an all-round good guy.
Andy -- Keeping your own fledging business running smoothly is a big burden in itself, one which you're doing admirably. Helping to smooth the bumps in Busse's customer service is above and beyond your duties. Great job, truly -- pleasure doing business with you.
