Yes It's a pocket suspension clip.
I don't remember who included it, but I know GT has one that looks a lot like it.

I figured if I hadn't gotten around to making a sheath for that WESTCUT after a couple months I could probably live with out it.
I'm glad it's getting a chance to be appreciated right away.

That GEC Bull buster really impressed me having never experienced a GEC folder and I was tempted to snatch it up, but I couldn't take it only because it's nice.
