Mr. knife’s never ending giveaway.

I wonder could we some how manage a straight up give away any knives that maybe we can somehow deem a bit too rough shape.

To be honest, I dont think it is worth it. A lot of these are pretty awful... I am just going to collect up the worst of the bunch and take them to the pawn shop, whatever I get for them will pay for shipping the box to the next person and if we get lucky, maybe paying for a new knife to go in the box.

Member JM2 has been looking for knives to practice modifying.
Maybe contact him and see if the wants the worst of the lot for the cost of shipping ?

If you think they're not worthy of any winners taking for essentially free, why take them to a pawn shop so they can likely sell them to somebody for more than they're worth?

If somebody wants to take them for modifying then that would be fine, thanks for the good idea. I just think that it would be probably be more trouble than it is worth, since most of the worst ones are pretty darn worn out. If I take them to the pawn shop, I could replace a bunch of junk knives with a good new one for the box. Basically, I want to slim it down and make it a pass around of a smaller number of nicer knives rather than a 10 pound box of rust that costs a lot to ship. lol

I remember looking over them and a few were bad but most were just not in good shape when I think about the ones that might make for good giveaway options. The box is in your hands now so I am just spitting out some ideas.
