Mr. Knife's Neverending GAW Round 8 - Knife Harder With a Vengeance

Sorry folks have been very busy for 3 weeks. I have everything boxed up and ready to go but as I posted on 10/31 I'm not sure how the selection process works so if somebody can walk me through it that'd be great. Oh, and BTW whoever wins this time needs to take a few more outs the box it's getting pricey to ship.
 
1. Take a week or so to solicit new names for the list. Either add them to the existing list (preferred, IMO) or start over.
2. Select a name from the list at random. Pull names from a hat, use a random number generator, or whatever method you prefer.
3. Get a bigger box, or take a few more knives yourself so that the rest will fit.
4. Announce the winner, get his mailing info and send the box on its way.
