Mr. Koster...

Guys listen up....

If you are looking for a kydex source please give me a call during the week or e-mail me. I will share my source with you. They are very good to work with. The stuff is pretty inexpenxive. A 4' X 8' sheet is less than $100.00!!

That will make a LOT of sheaths!

Thanks for all the nice words...please email me for any requests on the sheath. This one's going to Andy. If he likes it, then I'll make more and post them for sale in the Exchange. (or you can get one via email).

Again, Thanks!

Happy Holidays!

Dan, I am away from my email until after new years. I'm using my wife's machine and, well, I don't know how to access it from my location.

How shall we proceed?

I LIKE the sheath!

Andy

I'm out tomorrow. Tonight is ok with me....or Tuesday. (can't ship till then anyway). :D

Glad we could chat, Andy - Merry Christmas!

Dan, I was able to get back to the Ft. Worth house for a bit today and pick up my mail. The new sheath was there! I'm glad it was kydex as the mailman had left it out to get rained on.

Anyway, as with the kerambit sheath, it was too tight to start with but 30 seconds with the heat gun, and.... perfect fit!

Excellent sheath, very nice! Happy to have it!

You wouldn't happen to have any tek-locks laying around, would you?

Happy New Year's Eve!

Andy

what does "T grade" mean in the world of kydex?

mmm, i'd love to see marbled and colored thin sheets of some kind of high molecular density stuff, kinda like a feel of nylon. might be fun. some of the cheaper/cast kydex stuff can shatter in cold, nylon doesn't do that afaik.

hey, about about polycarbonate or other clear shatterproof material for sheaths?

i'm pondering buying up some kydex, even a whole sheet if the price is good, and learning something. also pondering leather (gots to get some heavy cow), but also thin leather skins over kydex (snazz it up, quiet it down)...
