I've bought many knives here and have never left feedback for any transaction. But I wanted to take the time to write about Brad. Their was a problem when he originally tried to mail me my knife. The knife was improperly routed. Brad went out of his way to make the deal right and sent me a message that he would refund my money or provide me with a replacement knife. I opted for the knife and he quickly shipped it out and had it in hands two days later. Out of his way and on beyond what is generally owed. Thank you!
