What epoxy is used on the knots on the cord handles?

I thought they just put a few drops of superglue in.

I did not mean sealing the ends, the knot at the termination of the cord wrap seems to have an epoxy applied to the knot to stabilize it. If this has been done with heat it was done very carefully as the outer layer of cord has not been damaged.
