Just so you know, the suvival sheaths kydex shoulder rig is now being used as a baldric-style rig and I wear it across a shoulder over my gear...works awesome...will have pics when I get back...
Brend is great tool, as you all know, and I will have A LOT of pics when I get back of it too!!

I just recieved an email from Sgt.Horsley's mother. Seems they have no way to communicate at the moment. Sgt. Horsley here is a quote from your mother's e-mail

Toots called and told me about the post but she was unable to get in to the forum so I thought I would try to find you. This Mornings Des Moines Register had a huge picture of you including a two page article that was your journal that your mom had forwarded to them. Also a nice picture of you and Shell on the beach. Anyway the prayers and support for you back home is unbelievable. We are all so proud to have you as a part of our family. The honor and the pride that you have is something that nobody will ever be able to take from you. We are so proud of you. Alli wants you to know that she has made a fan for you out of the church bulletin because she knows how hot it is over there. Clay says "I love you" and "I know your heart is beating cause God and Jesus is in your heart" then he sang you a song. Love always Kort, Sheri, Clay and Alli

I am glad to have such a supportive family at a time like this.

Busy as heck here and word changes by the minute. According to President Bush (as you all probably know by now) we are living in a "moment of truth" for the world and we, the men and women over here, are the ones to make sure that "truth" will prevail!

tell my mom I have more journal entries for her to send to them but no way to send them to her. Maybe after this is all done...;)
Also let my Dad know that the Tiger cruise may still be on...he will know what it is about...no idea on dates though...

Monday the 24th Sheri, Clayton, Allison, and I went out to your Moms and had Shell's wonderful cooking. After that we watched a movie and hung out. She is doing well or as well as can be expected. We can all rest a little bit better knowing that you are safe. Best of luck and GOD BLESS.
