MRAP driveshafts

I found this article about International Making the MRAP Trucks
"Meritor supplies the driving front and rear axles and transfer case"
Perhaps you could contact Meritor
I found this at a Meritor web-site
(For more information on military vehicle products, call 800-535-5560 and request Government Products)

Force Protection, Inc. made the MRAPs that we had over there. I believe there are at least three different manufactures.

Just as an aside - got to http://www.forceprotection.net/ - there are scolling pictures in the top banner. The one that says "Support from the Ground" as the title is most of my Company around an MRAP in Al Asad. I'm the guy in the middle in cammies behind the guidon. It's the one right after John Mccain's pic.

We had a Tech Rep from Force Protection assigned right in our Maint area. I could dig up his e-mail, for you, but he probably has more important stuff to do (he's still over there as far as I know) I'd follow the suggestions above.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to know? Did you get your hands on one? Going to try to forge it into something?
