MS group shot/Ladysmith knife/BLADE etc.

this thread is just what I needed.

I can't even begin to put into words how much the friendship of the DesRosiers family means to me.

Sesame 'possum or was it porcupine?

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Back at you Steven! There was some "Pulled Porcupine" eaten on this trip but you're probably thinking of the 'Szechuan Squirrel". In the photo above are "Snipe Medallions" breaded in rice crackers with wild greens as a side.

That was the Snipe Medallions....I can't keep your wildlife fare straight, lol.

We had gluten free fish sticks for dinner, albeit with some wonderful fresh roasted asparagus!

Take care folks,

Steven

Haley it has been so great to get to know you and Adam over the last few years. Dinner out was one of the highlights of my show and now we are class mates, so Master haley the passion you put into your knives is clear to see along with your love for life and all the folks that are in it. I look forward to seeing what the next chapter brings along with some very cool knives maybe we see some mini DesRosiers.
