Sorry it's been a while and not sure if this is an MSC or just Strider or what, but I have an all Titanium handle strider PT in used but excellent shape.
I've only used it for light duty (mail, packages, etc). There is a very slight irregularity in the bade edge on one side that has no effect on the way the blade cuts. It is very small and is very difficult to photograph but I did my best. There is also a tiny scuff in the stone washing near the tip of the blade also has zero affect on functionality, in fact it might have come from strider like this.
Otherwise the knife is excellent. It's unsharpened, blade is perfectly centered and the lock up is perfect with no rock whatsoever.
