This one I would call "as new". It has the bronze anodized spacer posts. Carried once or twice in the sheath, but no visible bruises. Edge of blade is unused. Comes with nylon sheath (has some some minor wear showing) and the MT box (in good shape structurally, but has stains on it from ink and kid's paints). Stored open by me (I am the second owner).
