Just refinish it before you throw a handle treatment on it. :thumbup:

I got one today The grinds are good, even, and every thing is from tip to handle is symmetrical. I has just one teeny teeny tiny tiny tiny nick on edge of spine above the spyderhole. I now know why this cost close the the price of an unblemished one.

Razor sharp as well. I look forward to the next one.

I am thinking of cord wrapping this one can anyone direct me to an instructional source for cord wrapping knives as well as what is the best quality cord to use?

I use black parachute cord with the inner strands stripped out for the flat wrap and colored 3mm accessory cord for the diamond wrap. It works well and is comfortable. The holes in the Mule handle work well to lock things down.
