Mtech knives????

I've had good luck with their fixed blades, would be more skeptical about the folders.

Yes, it is a knock off of the Schrade SCHF13, but I didn't realize that when I bought it. There are differences in the design though, and it's branded under the M-Tech name, not a direct counterfiet or anything.

I have also started modding an M-Tech "Combat Bowie" and done handle mods on an Elk Ridge ER-271 (which is a knock off of the Barker-Cromwell Competition cutter. Again though, I was just browsing through the Master Cutlery Web site and liked the pattern, didn't realize it was based on something else at the time.)

This is mostly just for fun and practicing mods, but honestly they seem like solid, perfectly functional knives. Especially for the price point, ~$20. Also, I'm not knocking on more expensive stuff, I have lots of higher end production blades and a couple of customs as well.
