Mtech premium folders , over $100 ?

And I'd just been on the thread about favored brands low balling materials , when I noticed Mtech now has S35VN / Titanium folders , $ ~100 to 200 . :rolleyes:

I wasn't tempted , but maybe that's unfair .

I wonder how this is gonna work out for them ?
 
considering how many mall ninjas and gas station sales they've made on their $5 lineup, this might work out for those customers who don't know any better and want to 'upgrade'?

I wonder who the oem is. If they have a good manufacturer making them they could actually be good knives. But I sure wouldn't be paying near $300 for D2 when I can get well done D2 for $50 all day long.

I don't have any hands on experience with Mtech but according to the BF general knowledge... MTECH and PREMIUM don't fit at all in the same sentence.
