Used, with box, papers, new steel band, link tools, used rubber band. Watch was purchased early 2006. Worn with the rubber band till August 2008. Expert maintained. This watch has been around the earth. It has not lost or gained a minute since first charge. I wore it for three months one time without re-charge and used the lights almost every night.
