Mud Razor #37 extreme makeover

That is a great looking .........well, can't rightly call it a Mud Razor........That's a great looking Knife!!!!

excellent work on that mud razor:thumbup: .....hmmm may have to buy another to strip!;)

:D

Wow, you should get some sort of prize. That is a very nice job and a really stunning knife. The pics definitely get a spot in my "things to strive for" folder.

Dave

PS - how did you do the fasteners?

About the fasteners see post #25 of this thread. Wicked gives most usefull info:thumbup:

LOL!!! Just ship some INFI to me please (SFNO's preferred).

Just to clear things up. I did not do much myself on the MR. All credits have to go to my friend who is a master toolmaker. I only did the strippin' and sharpening, made the decisions what to do and did some sanding myself (very little though).

I'll tell him that a careerchange to Busse is a possibility:D:D:D.

HI Crafft,

It sure turned out a beauty,
you also caught it well on the picture.
Though you didn't tell the guys the knife was baptized by the blood of your blisters ;) :D
For those who know what amount of time was envolved,
this was a ful hand-rubbed satin finish and only the flat part of the handle was machine grinded.
Thanks for the credits,
enjoy

WOW! Looks VERY nice! You did a great job on it! I have a question though, how did you get the tube fasteners off and on?

Magnificent! I think that's my favorite naked Busse yet. Any chance your friend would be interested in doing another?

That looks excellent!
I've been wanting to try replacing a few handles, but I can't seem to find the steel tubing to use. May i ask where you got your material that you used?
