Mudbug007-Ivory Micarta Bushcraft Knife

Back in Sept, I made a deal to buy a Ivory Micarta Bushcraft from MudBug007. The knife did not have a sheath, but he offered to make a "Basic Pouch Sheath". After a few hiccups (Mudbug was sick for a while, and he was waiting for new leather to show up) I received the knife today. The knife was exactly as described, came very sharp, and I am well pleased with it. The sheath was again described as a "Basic Pouch Sheath" and it does not have any ornamentation on it, BUT it was wet formed to the knife, out of good leather, and the old term "Fits Like a Glove" describes how the knife fits into the sheath. All in All a very positive experience with MudBug007. John

All in all, I just had the same experience. I bought a knife from Donald October 13th and then he got sick, made a great leather sheath but then I didn't hear anything back after a few emails. I had Rev ( one of the mods ) get involved and I finally got my knife yesterday. Evidently mine got sent to the wrong customer but it finally ended up with me. I'm very happy with the work but the shipping could have been better. Yet, things happen! Anyway, overall very pleased with what I received. Excellent knife maker.
