Just so we are clear on this, I'm not sure if the scales are snakeskin, I bought this new from the company store years ago and I don't remember what the description of the handle were so I can't guaranty that they're snakeskin. If anyone knows what the Muddy CGFBM from the company store are all about please chime in and let us know about what the scales are, Thanks
