Just finished this one! This series are mid-sized, and work great on deer, antelope, and similar sized animals!

OAL- 8 1/2"
blade- 4 1/16" long, .155" thick, 7/8" wide at the guard
steel- Forged Aldo's high carbon 1095, with in-house differential heat treatment
grind- a full flat grind, with distal taper
finish-etched 600 grit finish
handle-lacewood with red spacer, tru-oil finish
guard- 1/4" brass and 1/8" brass pins
sheath- 10oz leather, hand stitched, hand tooled, hot-waxed, with cam, for "snap fit", 3 copper rivets for belt loop
blade fully tested for edge retention and tip strenth before finishing

the handle had a small void on the left side next to the front pin, I filled it with exopy, and is a cosmetic flaw only.

$130 plus $10 shipping/insurance to CONUS. I can accept paypal Joe357m@bresnan.net or money order.

First one to post "I'll take it" gets it!!!

Hey Joe , I see you have another fine knife for sale, I have this ones twin brother in same 1095 steel an its one heck of a sharp knife, I cut two cardboard boxes up yesterday an today cut a whole ham into small pieces an it still shaves my arm. I'll touch it up just a tad tomorrow when Im back in my shop, cutting out blade blanks & springs for my next batch of slip joints. But what I really want from you is that 52100 knife I talked to you about, thats going to Idaho for some serious work on deer n elk. Im really pleased with this knife an the heat treatment you gave it. -----Joe

thanks Joe! Glad to hear you are enjoying that knife and using it! Im hoping to fire up the forge and pound out yours and a few more of those 52100's next week after I finish this batch.
