Mules

Send them out. Don't cut your own throat on the price. I usually end up beating the heck out of one of mine anyway. I probably won't even notice what you consider a "whoops".

I am in for 2 either way Sal. I would be happy with them as is for less $. I could use some practice fixing bevels and all that.

CTS-XHP. We've have a bunch ready, but there's a "whoops" in the blade grind. Just cosmetic. We're trying to decide if we should regrind and refinish, or lower the price some and offer them as is. Thoughts?

Hi Sal,

Having a few mules already, I vote for "lower the price some and offer them as is".

I'd be down for XHP Mules regardless of the grinds. I fell in love with this steel on my Techno and would support any mule in this steel!

I'm not a stickler for beauty, Sal. I'd vote for getting these out the door. And I concur with the group, don't discount them so far that you take a bath on them. We want you to stay in business and make lots and lots more Mules!

You've sure created something special, Sal. I can't think of a single other company who's customers volunteer to pay additional money without request. Congratulations.

I vote with the masses, send em out. Just put a "second" grind on the top so they can be identified as the "bad" ones over the next batch. I love the CTS-XHP blade on my Techno.

No "seconds notch" unless there is going to be another batch. Mules are normally a one shot deal, a single batch and move on.
