The Multi Guide Pro is a proven performer in many shops in the USA and around the world. I ship internationally.
When combined with the Belnap Custom Knives LLC slide mount system the bevel guide is able to be setup quickly, and give reliable bevel grinds at and increased speed and quality compared to hand grinding. This helps the knife maker to be more competitive.

Features:
- CNC laser cut 1/4" aluminum plate body construction for corrosion resistance in the presence of cooling water.
- All threads are steel. The majority of the threaded holes have 18-8 Stainless Steel Thread Locking Heli-coil inserts. The stainless steel resists corrosion and the thread locking feature prevent the fasteners from vibrating loose to ensure the unit stays tight and accurate.
- Grade 8 threaded adjuster rod. Give smooth wear resistant operation.
- Cast Iron adjuster knob with knurled grip.
- Stainless steel liners. The throat angles where the blank passes have .004" thick hardened stainless steel shim material bonded to the face. This provides a hard wear resistant surface to ensure smooth operation of the blank in the guide without the very high and unnecessary cost of solid stainless steel angles. These liners can be replaced if they begin to wear.
- Stainless steel spacer plate. The spacer plate is the part that the blank rides on as is passes through the guide.
In the images the guide is shown mounted on a drop slide mount with a swivel mount post. This particular slide mount uses a 1.25" main slide bar so it will fit in the TW-90 second toolbar slot. Other versions will fit on Oregon Blade Maker, Northridge, Grinder in a Box, and most 1.5" over and under toolbar slots. If you have a sander and need a slide mount I will be able to make an adapter for your machine so it can accept the very rigid and smooth tool mount slide. The non-marring clamp system that is an original Belnap Custom Knives innovation that allows the slide bar to be automatically centered as the clamp is tightened. Once tightened the clamping force is very strong and the slide bar is held very rigidly in place for a solid and accurate platform to work from. There is no other mounting system that comes close to the performance of this one available anywhere at any price.
