multi-tool collection

I dont own any Swisstools but from what I understand the Spirit ones are alittle smaller, is that right? I also heard that the only thing these Swisstools or Spirits have over the Leatherman is that they have better anti rust abilities but not sure if that is true!

I was thinking about getting one to check out seeing all I have is about a half dozen Leatherman's. :)

Yeah, they are packed full of utility, but definitely a big jump down in size from the Swisstool and much more EDC-able. In fact, when I do carry an MT, its a Spirit.

The Victorinox lineup is much superior in the area of fit and finish. The tools open smoothly and precisely, and they do a better job of cramming more tools into a smaller package (in my view). The Victorinox MTs also have that polished finish. I'm a fan of both, though.

I waiting for a long time to get a swisstool and a spirit and boy it was crazy to wait!

Nice! I've only seen all black ones. I've never seen one with silver pliers and black handles.

I'm considering getting one more and more. They do look good and the finish is top quality.

Ha ha. Been there done that. Back when I was single and had money I bought a couple projector led flashlights I didn't have them very long before the battery leaked and ruined them. Now I have some cheap nebo redline projection leds

I too have waited quite awhile for both and I just got my Spirit today and the Swisstool should be here early next week unless it shows up in tomorrow's mail! :)
