Multiple quench ATS-34?

I had a controller problem and messed up the heat treatment of a couple blades before I figured out what was happening. Can I put these blades through another heat treatment cycle? Or are these blades best retired?

What was the problem with the controller? That will determine what can or can't be done with the blades.

The controller would not reach critical, it would cycle on and off about 100 degrees below the soak temperature. Then when I restarted the HT program the oven would reach critical. The oven would then drop as much as a 100 degrees before I restart the program again. Sometimes the controller seem to work ok, at no time did the temperature rise above the lower limit of the critical temp. I have a new controller on order.

You should be OK to re-do the HT.
