Munroe and Marfione, two masters of the craft have teamed up to bring this amazing piece of cutlery to life. This model is of course based on the hyper modern design of the D.C. Muroe Sigil MK III and it also features some uniquely Marfione refinements like the flush spring loaded pocket clip and subframe lockbar. The materials on this particular release are also noteworthy as the cowry y blade steel is super difficult to obtain and according to knife center there is a multi year wait for it. The HRC of cowry y steel is supposed to be anywhere from 62-64 HRC!! A truly perfect marriage of the best qualities of both makers that will surely be remembered as a legendary collaboration. I was honored to be able to purchase this piece, but I have to let it go. It has only been flipped a hand full of times and only taken out of the package for these pictures.

Blade Steel is Crowry - Y hand rubbed satin finish

most of the hardware is custom trillium copper

blade centering is not perfect, but the blade fires out like a rocket thanks to a very strong detent.
