From doing a Google search all I could find that it does is its a bottle opener???? It must do something else tho, $200 is an awful lot for a bottle opener?????? :-(
 
Self defense impact tool and bottle opener. Sorry if this is against the rules mods.

If one had to ask then you probably won't spend 200 clams on this, those in the know consider this as great tool :)
