The second vid using the steel wool. What about scratch marks left on the tang? Definitely looks great.

Use 0000 steel wool it does more polishing then material removal. You are just trying to smooth things out not remove material.

I have been a big fan for years.
Do you have finished for Arizona mesquite? It's a request from our Arizona family to have me make knives for them using mesquite from their property.

It works on Texas mesquite, but I don't know about Arizona.
