I had always wanted a Murray Carter chef knife so I bought this Gyuto last fall and put it to use.
It's everything you would expect from a Master Craftsman.
However, over the last few weeks it has went unused so I'm letting it go.
From his International Pro line
Sports an 8.65" blade with a Silver Steel Core
Cross Cut Micarta scales over thick G10 Liners
Two copper pins and one mosaic pin in the center
I made a kydex slip cover for it so it could safely travel with me.
Asking $SOLD shipped in US.
